Job summary
The Field Officer serves as the main point of contact between Tugende and its clients. This role is responsible for a client’s lease approval process, from the initial class to final boda payment, cancellation or loss recovery. The Field Officer’s day-to-day responsibilities include conducting Tugende field operations (e.g. recruiting new applicants, registering applicants, vetting applicants, analyze strength of completed applications, approve/reject/cancel applicants, help deliver bikes to new clients, managing loss recovery, etc.), managing collections, and responding to client needs.
